This inspiring home is the creation of an European architect, reflecting its owner’s desire for a waterfront grand residence that exudes great taste in its spacious floor plan. The first floor has a foyer with grand wood staircase, with 1 bedroom ( includes a secondary smaller room ) to the right and a visitor’s bathroom to its left. Right after it there’s the extended living room, including a family area, dining area and lounge.
The signature kitchen sits on the left side, entirely built of imported European cabinetry and tops. Outside, the oversized veranda is an invitation for brunch time, with awesome views of the pool area. The extra large swimming pool is wide and long, with inset Jacuzzi.
A gazebo with BBQ and bathroom is a perfect touch for parties. From there, the ocean views are soothing, almost surreal. A path to the beach is waiting right past the gate, endless kilometers of golden sand and blue ocean.
